HOW WILL WE BENEFIT

We will do some perception exercises to be able to move past the realm of uncertainty to a stronger energetic awareness. These exercises will not only enhance our intuition but prepare us as more open channels for a higher spiritual awareness. We will also do some exercises to expand and activate the heart field. Once we gain experience as more open channels for angelic communication we will progress to more advanced methods.
