Reiki was brought to the west by Hawayo Takata Sensei. She had to make several changes in order for this beautiful and profound healing art to survive in the west. After Takata Sensei's death more changes were made, more techniques were added in the form of new symbols and new age information diluting the teachings and creating more and more confusion. This was done by people under the misunderstanding that they could somehow, 'Make Reiki more powerful'. The heart of the essence of Reiki practices that it purifies our being and unites the heart and mind. Eventually leading to enlightenment. The Japanese call this 'Anjin Ryumei'. No good comes if this equation is reversed.

Jikiden Reiki is exactly how Hayashi Sensei taught in Japan. The 21 day cleansing cycle is based upon the notion that one needs to heal oneself for 3 weeks immediately right after the attunement in-order to stabilize Reiki energy and create a sustained pathway of Reiki energy in ones body – this can sometimes be a cumbersome process.

The fee is regulated worldwide by the Jikiden Reiki Institute, Kyoto, Japan and it is no too much compared to the vast benefits of Jikiden Reiki. Many people in India and worldwide are learning Jikiden Reiki to transform their lives.
